“Our communities get inundated with ways to spend. We don’t get inundated with ways to build wealth.
”
Built differently. Built for everyone.
OUR STORY
THE REALITY
You’re doing the right things.
Working hard. Saving when you can. Trying to figure out the investing thing. Paying down debt. Planning for a future that keeps getting more expensive.
And still feeling like you're behind.
That's not because you're doing anything wrong. It's because the system was never built for you.
Your generation inherited a harder financial reality than any before it. Student loans that follow you for decades. A housing market so unaffordable that the first rung of wealth building feels permanently out of reach. Wages that haven't kept pace with the cost of living. A retirement system that puts all the burden on you — with no one to help you carry it.
And a financial services industry that, for over 100 years, has served the same people. The already wealthy.
Everyone else was told to figure it out alone.
THE PROBLEM
The advice gap is real. And it has a cost.

MY STORY
I know this firsthand. I’ve lived it.
I'm Mical Jeanlys-White — Founder and CEO of WealthMore. I spent over 20 years inside some of the largest financial institutions in the world. JPMorgan Chase. American Express. Nestlé. Accenture. I had a Columbia MBA and a front-row seat to how wealth management actually worked.
And for most of those years, I was figuring out my own finances alone.
No advisor. No guidance. Just working hard and trying to make the right calls without anyone in my corner. Like most people in my community. Like most Americans.
Then I made Managing Director at JPMorgan. And something changed.
A wealth advisor appeared — as a benefit. Reserved for senior leaders.
It was a revelation. There was another way, that felt easier and more supported, but it was reserved and gated.
I thought: this is wrong. And it's fixable.
“If this is what it feels like to have guidance, why does it only exist for people who’ve already made it.” made it?”
THE PERSONAL COST
The cost of not having advice is real.
I think about my grandmother. She was a super saver.
She had everything it takes to build real wealth. The discipline. The consistency. The values.
Everything except one thing.
Nobody was in her corner. No advisor. No one to help her turn a lifetime of saving into a lifetime of security. No one to show her what was possible with what she had built.
She could have been a millionaire.
The money was there. The discipline was there. What wasn't there was someone to guide her.
That's not her failure. That's the system's failure. And she is not alone. There are millions of people exactly like her — doing everything right, building far less than they should — because advice was never made available to them.
THE SPARK
Then came the Peloton ride.
I was mid-ride when it clicked.
Peloton didn't invent fitness. They didn't create new exercises or discover new science. They did something more powerful: they removed the barriers between people and the best guidance available. World-class instructors. A connected community.
If technology could do that for fitness — why hadn't anyone done it for wealth?
The advice gap wasn't unsolvable. It was unaddressed.
The industry wasn't broken because fixing it was impossible. It was broken because nobody with the resources and the knowledge had been sufficiently motivated to fix it for the people who needed it most.
I was motivated. WealthMore began that day.
Wealth management was never built for most of us.
We built it for all of us.
No account minimums. No management fees. No assumption that you need to already be wealthy to deserve guidance.
