    As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking to the email address you entered at the time of purchase.

    In the rare event that you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Products must be unworn & unwashed to be eligible for a refund.

  • In-stock orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Select items from the store are made to order and can take up to 10 days to ship. Items with extended lead times will be indicated on the product page.

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, and you can track your goods easily online. 

    Domestic (within the US) orders are usually delivered within 5 business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email.

    International (outside the US) orders can often take 7 - 28 days to be delivered, depending on your country. We appreciate your patience!

    All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government.
